People Solutions are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client base in Northampton, including Grange Park and Swan Valley.

This role offers full-time work with weekly pay, overtime opportunities at enhanced rates, and on-site parking. Training provided and genuine long-term progression are available.

Duties include picking and packing orders, sorting parcels, loading/unloading stock, and supporting manufacturing processes in a modern warehouse environment.

Competenze

• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Must be able to commute to Northampton, including Grange Park or Swan Valley.
• Willingness to work full-time shifts (AM/PM) and overtime.

Mansioni

• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Sorting parcels and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting manufacturing and production processes.
• Carrying out basic stock checks and documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
