Job summary

ODEON is seeking to welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat approach and a genuine interest in helping people. You’ll be trained for Costa Coffee barista skills and cinema service, with flexible hours across weekends, evenings and late shifts. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver great guest experiences.

No prior experience is required—training is provided to help you succeed and grow within cinema operations and beyond. Free cinema tickets and staff discounts await you.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• Willingness to learn new skills for a busy cinema environment.
• Respect for diverse guests and commitment to an inclusive journey.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and late-night finishes.
• Safe travel plan for late shifts; able to travel to Northampton venues.
• No previous experience required; training provided.
