Job summary

ODEON is looking for friendly team members to welcome guests, serve high-quality food and drinks, and keep spaces clean and safe. You’ll join a supportive team with training and development opportunities across cinema operations, including Costa Coffee barista training to build confidence on the job.

We offer flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
• A willingness to learn new skills.
• Respect for people’s differences and a commitment to supporting an inclusive guest journey.
• Flexibility, including weekends, evening, and late-night finishes.
• A safe way to travel to and from work during late shifts.
• No previous experience? That’s completely fine - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
