We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Mobile Team Supervisor to join our dynamic cleaning team! If you’re hands-on, reliable, and enjoy working across multiple sites, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across various sites
Carrying out daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks to a high standard
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
Liaising with management and clients, providing clear communication and support
Conducting site inductions and ensuring team compliance with Health & Safety policies
Maintaining equipment and stock levels
Providing cover for staff sickness and holidays where needed

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cleaning and team supervision
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full driving licence (essential – company van provided)
Positive attitude and professional approach
Willingness to undertake training and DBS/security checks if required
Flexibility to work across different locations and adapt to changing schedules
