Job summary

Cambria Maintenance Services, based in Ewloe, North Wales, is advertising a Labourer role within the Wales & West Housing group. The post involves assisting with maintenance, refurbishment, cleaning and clearance of empty properties to prepare them for new residents.

The successful candidate will undertake basic repairs, removals and cleaning work, supporting reactive maintenance across Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. A current driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current valid full driving licence.
• Experience in property maintenance activities preferred.
• Ability to undertake clearance, removals and cleaning work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a diverse range of property maintenance repairs and refurbishment work.
• Carry out cleaning, clearance and basic repairs across vacant properties.
• Support reactive maintenance tasks and keep estates clean.
• Work mainly in Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham areas.
