Job summary

Hoop Recruitment Ltd is expanding in North Wales and seeking a Branch Manager to lead our education recruitment team. You will drive growth, manage a local team, and build strong relationships with schools and education clients across North Wales.

As a business, Hoop Education are proud of the work delivered by the team before and during the pandemic and we are now in the position where we are ready to grow again. Having recently been appointed on to the GCA RM36 Supply Teacher Framework authorising us to supply all Education establishments in England we are therefore looking to open up and expand into North Wales and across the boarder.

Branch Manager – North Wales

The above position is based in North Wales and surrounding areas. The ideal person will currently be working as Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant looking for their first step into management. You will have a specialist knowledge of the Welsh & English education market and be looking to grow and build a strong South team.

You will enjoy working with autonomy and freedom, and have a strong desire for career progression, as well as the development of our North Wales office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in education recruitment,
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent telephone manner, customer service/communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks according to business needs
