Job summary

Hoop Education in Swansea is seeking Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools. You will supervise classes, deliver work, and help maintain productive learning environments across schools in the area.

The role offers flexible days, competitive daily rates, and PAYE-only payroll. Previous experience with children is welcomed, with DBS refund after 10 days worked and free CPD/training available.

Qualifications

• Welsh-speaking candidates with classroom experience.
• Experience working with children or young people preferred.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Reliable, professional and approachable individuals.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
• Previous teaching, TA, coaching or youth work experience welcomed; driving is a bonus.
