The role reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager, delivering the district’s strategy and creating compelling content across recreation, ecology, heritage, and estates to support our business

Responsibilities

• The Marketing and Communications Officer is part of Forestry England’s North District, promoting and enhancing the district’s image, increasing visibility and encouraging visits to the nation’s forests.
• Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will support the delivery of the North District's marketing and communications strategy.
• Create engaging content to support Forestry England activities district-wide, including recreation, ecology, heritage and estate-related projects.
