Job summary

Workflow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Subcontract EICR Electrician to perform domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports and associated testing across occupied and void properties in North London, with some work in East London. You will record C1, C2 and FI observations, carry out minor remedial works during visits, and complete certificates and documentation accurately.

The role is self-employed price work, with earnings typically £300–£350 per day and about four properties per

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 electrical qualification.
• Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
• Experience completing domestic EICRs and remedial works.
• Valid ECS or JIB card.
• Own calibrated testing equipment, tools and transport.
• Public liability insurance and self-employed status.
• Ability to cover North London and occasional East London appointments.

Responsibilities

• Complete domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
• Identify and accurately record C1, C2 and FI observations.
• Complete minor remedial works during the visit where possible.
• Carry out testing, fault finding and electrical repairs.
• Complete certificates and job documentation accurately.
• Work professionally in residents' homes.
• Manage an allocated daily workload efficiently.
