Job Description:

Marine Cargo Broker opportunity with guaranteed US/North American travel. This role is ideal for a Cargo Broker seeking a larger opportunity or someone with strong North American contacts looking to transition into the marine market.

Are you an experienced Marine Cargo Broker in London with limited progression and a desire to travel across the US four or more times a year?

Our client in London, a boutique Marine Lloyd's Broker, is looking for a Marine Cargo Insurance professional to operate in a hybrid production/placement role, building relationships with surplus lines Brokers across the US.

You won't need to build a portfolio from scratch, as the business already has an established broker/agency portfolio in the US market.

Your role will include developing relationships with Underwriters at Lloyd's in London and working within a small, collaborative team to identify new revenue streams across the US market. You will also co-attend client visits with insurance agencies across the US, from California to Florida and New York.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the marine cargo industry. Exposure to Jewellers Block is a plus but not required.

On offer is a base salary up to £90,000, along with a package including LTIP and flexible working from home.
