Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a senior leader to oversee a North American data centre portfolio, delivering high-quality programs across dispersed teams. You will mentor delivery leaders, maintain executive client engagement, and drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

The role requires substantial experience in capital-project delivery, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to travel across the United States to support delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in Senior leadership of programmes, portfolios or multi-project delivery.
• 5 years of Data centre, mission-critical or comparable capital-sector experience preferred.
• Chartership or accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, PgMP or APM desirable.
• Complex capital portfolio experience across dispersed teams.
• Credible executive client and stakeholder leadership.
• Proven governance, assurance and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American portfolio delivery and provide visible executive oversight.
• Assure delivery against client commitments, governance and Arcadis standards.
• Set regional priorities, accountabilities and consistent ways of working.
• Coach delivery leaders and build a high-performing, accountable culture.
• Own senior delivery engagement with Client stakeholders.
• Lead resolution of material client concerns and delivery escalations.
• Direct portfolio reviews, health checks and corrective actions.
