Job summary

ARKET offers a Nordic-inspired café experience seamlessly integrated within our store. In this full-time role, you will prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages while delivering warm, personalised service to guests.

You will help promote the café’s values and contribute to smooth daily operations, with a focus on hospitality and learning. Experience in food & beverage or customer service is a plus but not essential; flexible/irregular shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to engage with guests to provide excellent service.
• Open to learning and developing opportunities within a Nordic-inspired café environment.
• Passion for food, beverages, and the ARKET brand, with a desire to share knowledge with customers.
• Comfortable working flexible / irregular patterns.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages while maintaining standards.
• Greet guests warmly and attend to their needs in a genuine manner.
• Promote the café's values, culture and concept.
• Support smooth daily operations of the in-store café.
