To support and maintain the high standards that the service delivers we are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Non Patient Movement Porter to join the Trust and become part of our busy team. This is a full time position as follows - There is 1 full time position as follows - 37.5 hours per week, working various shifts within a 24 hour period. Main duties of the jobWorking as part of the operational portering team delivering essential items between wards and departments. The post holder will ensure that documents and items are delivered to and collected from wards and departments in a timely and efficient manner. The successful applicant will undertake a number of other basic portering tasks and undertaking other basic portering duties. The post holder will be responsive to the requirements of the service, sensitive to patients needs and courteous and caring to all service users. The duties allocated to the Non Patient Movement Porter may be routine planned tasks or require an immediate response to meet the demands of the Trust
