Role Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with service users every 2-3 weeks in clinics, discussing their needs.
  • Referring clients for housing or benefits as needed.
  • Managing relevant referrals and paperwork.
  • Handling a caseload of approximately 60 people.
What Nurseplus Offers:
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Pay rates from £13.15 to £19.00 per hour, paid weekly.
  • Free training aligned with the Care Certificate.
  • Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications such as distance learning and NVQ Levels 2 and 3.
  • Annual pay review.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card with discounts online and in-store.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and IT skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Good command of English and effective communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (application paid at £45.40, refundable after 100 hours worked).
