Job Responsibilities

  1. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for service users.

About You

  • Qualified pharmacist with current GPhC registration and at least two years of post-qualification experience OR first-level registered nurse with a current PIN and three years of post-qualification experience.
  • Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber.
  • At least one year of relevant and recent experience working within substance misuse treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of harm reduction and health promotion interventions.
  • Ability to assess and develop recovery plans for service users and prepare written reports as necessary.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport, or ability to demonstrate ease of movement between services if necessary.
