Your new company

Your new job as a Non Marine Placing Broker will be working for a small, specialist independent Lloyds insurance broker based in the heart of the City. Your new Brokers are independent experts for businesses with complex, non-standard, and high-risk international insurance requirements. They offer tailored services to clients needing to secure a wide range of cover across multiple territories. The brokers have been specializing in international insurance for over 25 years, with extensive experience supporting clients. Due to expansion within their London office, a role for a Non-Marine Placing Broker has arisen.

Your new role

As a Non-Marine Placing Broker, you will be responsible for providing excellent day-to-day service and placing a variety of Non-Marine risks into Lloyd's and company markets. You will build relationships with insurers and clients and act as a point of referral. Your role will involve placing risks across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and other territories, organizing and managing cover for Non-Marine property, liability, CAR, and related risks. The role may include risk production and some international travel.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Placing Broker handling International Non-Marine Property and Liability risks, ideally from a small to medium Lloyd's Broker, is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to attend external client meetings are essential. The candidate should have energy, an appetite to develop and progress, and the ability to work independently.
