Job description

The Non-Inventory Receiver will work as a team with other Non-Inventory Receivers and SPM to administer the flow of non-inventory goods, including MRO supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. Job functions include:

  1. PIT rider operation
  2. Off-loading and accurately putting away non-inventory goods
  3. Staging products in work areas
  4. Organization of packaging supplies
  5. Maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies, kanbans, and supermarkets
  6. Receiving goods into the Coupa system (data entry)
  7. Researching missing non-inventory shipments
  8. Assisting with payment inquiries from A/P
  9. File keeping

Key job responsibilities

Perform accurate shipping supplies cycle counts and ensure the delivery of expense receive items of shipping supplies and gift wrap to the appropriate location.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 38 hours/week, with overtime as required
  • Must possess a current PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Previous experience operating high reach forklifts
