Job Title: Shift Leader at Lidl

Join Lidl as a Shift Leader and help run operations in one of our 14 warehouses. You will lead by example, overseeing opening, running, and closing shifts, training new starters, and supporting your team to ensure excellent teamwork and performance.

Benefits

• Salary: £29, - £36, per annum
• Night Shift: 22:00-06:30
• PM Shift: 14:00-22:30
• 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your team through coaching and training
• Lead your shift, ensuring team performance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and support the Department Manager
• Create a positive environment aligned with Lidl’s Leadership & Company Principles
• Mentor colleagues and support their training
• Identify and promote efficient working methods
• Perform warehouse duties such as stock movement, picking, and processing returns
