Production Operatives - Ongoing Roles in Manufacturing

Locations: St Austell | Bodmin | Redruth | Newquay

We're currently recruiting Production Operatives for a number of well-established manufacturing clients across Cornwall. These roles are non-food-based and offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Whether you're looking for long-term stability or short-term flexibility, we have positions to suit your availability and preferences.

Pay Rate:

* £12.21 per hour

Shift Pattern:

* Monday to Friday

* 07:30 - 17:00

* Occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be available

What You'll Be Doing:

* Assisting in the assembly or production of goods and materials

* Operating machinery or tools (training provided)

* Quality checking products and reporting any faults

* Packing, labelling, or preparing stock for dispatch

* Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

* Working to production targets and deadlines
