ASDA in Llandudno is seeking a Non-Food Manager to lead George and GM departments on the shop floor, delivering excellent availability and top standards through brilliant in-store execution and seasonal events while keeping the store safe and compliant.

You'll drive trading activity, coach a team to improve routines, and ensure promotions are landed on time and clearly labelled to boost sales. Weekend/evening flexibility is required, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
