The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with other members of Risk, Business Services (Operational Resilience, Change, and Third Party and Outsourcing (TP&O)) to secure buy-in for oversight and monitoring, and implement improvements to systems, processes, and technology, as appropriate.
To apply knowledge and insights concerning Non-Financial Risk, including Operational Resilience, Change and TP&O, Operational Risk, IT and systems risk and Conduct Risk, and how this impacts our policyholders.
To provide challenge to the first line, reviewing Management Information, testing and other documentation to ensure a high degree of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
To deliver good outcomes for the business, policyholders, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
