About Non-Executive Director (x2) / Senior Independent Director

Goalball UK is thrilled to announce three exciting opportunities to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation! We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to fill the pivotal roles of two Non-Executive Directors and a Senior Independent Director (SID).

These roles are crucial to our governance structure, providing vital independent oversight and challenge as we continue to empower blind and partially sighted people through the transformative power of sport.

What will you be doing?

As a Non-Executive Director or Senior Independent Director, you will:

1. Shape our strategic direction: Play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that ensure Goalball UK's continued success.
2. Ensure robust governance practices: Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of governance and accountability.
3. Safeguard the interests of Goalball UK and its stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the organisation and its community.
4. Promote inclusivity and excellence: Champion our mission of empowering blind and partially sighted people through sport.
5. Provide independent oversight and challenge: Bring your expertise and perspective to ensure the organisation is operating effectively and ethically.
