We are an innovative, fast-scaling Travel Tech company based in London, redefining how people discover, plan, and book travel experiences. Leveraging the power of AI, data, and seamless UX, our platform connects travelers with personalised, curated journeys across the globe.

Following strong market validation and investment, we are entering a new phase of growth and seeking a dynamic Non-Executive Director (NED) to join our Board. This is a pivotal time to influence our strategic direction, enhance governance, and support the leadership team.

Role Summary

As a Non-Executive Director, you will bring independent oversight, strategic counsel, and industry expertise to help steer the company through scaling challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with fellow Board members and the executive leadership to ensure the company achieves its vision while upholding strong governance and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic input and constructive challenge to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Support the company’s mission to innovate in the travel sector through scalable, tech-driven solutions.
  • Ensure the company maintains sound financial and legal governance.
  • Contribute to board decision-making on key matters including growth strategy, risk, partnerships, and funding.
  • Monitor the performance of the business and executive team.
  • Act as a sounding board and mentor to the CEO and senior leaders.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and ethical standards within the organisation.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven leadership at board or senior advisory level, ideally in technology, travel, or consumer digital platforms.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to evaluate and shape growth strategies.
  • A deep understanding of digital business models and innovation in tech-based services.
  • Experience with scaling ventures, fundraising, or M&A (preferred).
  • An independent mindset with a collaborative, mentoring approach.
  • Prior Non-Executive or governance experience is advantageous but not essential.
