A not-for-profit social enterprise delivering patient-centered care is seeking a highly qualified Non-Executive Director. This role involves providing strategic oversight, ensuring clinical governance, and driving system-wide improvements in urgent care. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, a recognized clinical qualification, and a collaborative approach. They will contribute approximately three days a month to board meetings and strategy sessions, with a remuneration of £15,000 per year.

About the Role
As our clinical Non-Executive Director, you will provide strategic oversight and challenge across all aspects of the Board’s work, with a particular focus on clinical quality, patient safety, and governance. You’ll Chair the Quality Committee and support the development of long-term strategy, ensuring that our services remain safe, effective, and future-focused.
You’ll bring assurance and insight into clinical governance and quality improvement, while also supporting innovation and sustainability across our services and subsidiary, CLEO Systems, which provides cutting-edge digital care solutions to the NHS.
