About The Role(s): To ensure the Board has the right skills and experience, the Chancellor of the Exchequer wishes to appoint three new Non-Executive Directors to the NWF's board.

Non-Executive Directors actively contribute to the long-term success and strategy of the NWF, supporting initiatives from the government’s growth and clean energy missions to managing risks and assessing strategies for different UK regions. They also review and approve significant lending and investment decisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to strategic planning, monitoring, and challenging the Board's direction.
• Engaging in open debate and providing guidance, adding industry experience and diversity of thought.
• Promoting long-term success, scrutinising management performance, and monitoring reporting.
• Enhancing the profile and recognition of the NWF.
• Upholding high standards of integrity and supporting a positive culture.
• Committing time and resources to responsibilities and personal development.

The successful candidates may serve on Board committees to contribute to their effective performance.
