A prominent cultural organization in Norwich is looking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors. One should have a strong commercial background, while the other should excel in data and insight analysis. Ideal candidates are passionate about growth and innovation, willing to engage with the community and support the organization's mission. This role is voluntary with reasonable expenses covered, emphasizing commitment to the arts in the region.
Remuneration: Unremunerated, reasonable expenses paid; Time Commitment: Approximately half a day per month
Term of Appointment: Directors are appointed for a period of 3 years and are expected to serve a maximum of 2 terms of office (totaling 6 years).

We are looking to appoint one Non-Executive Director with a strong commercial background, ideally an experienced business leader or entrepreneur with a demonstrable track record of strategic growth and innovation and one Non-Executive Director who has a background in data and insight analysis with a demonstrable background in data centric strategic decision making and risk assessment.
