Position: Non Contentious Construction Solicitor
An outstanding opportunity for a Non Contentious Construction Solicitor is required by a leading legal services provider within their Manchester office. The firm is a national legal service provider with long-standing clients in both the public and private sector including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, defence organisations, independent healthcare providers, charities, and GP practices.
This role is for a non-contentious construction solicitor to undertake a wide range of high-quality and complex work for both public sector and independent sector clients including health, housing, and energy sector clients. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded solicitor who can work very closely with clients, provide first-class practical advice, and who is technically proficient in non-contentious construction work.
The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the Partners and Solicitors and supporting the partners on business development opportunities. The Non Contentious Construction Solicitor will be required to advise on commercial agreements.
