The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (3-5 years PQE) to join a busy and highly regarded construction team in Bristol. The successful candidate will play an integral role in a range of international, national, and regional matters, focusing on non-contentious construction and infrastructure work.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to work on complex and high-value transactions. The role involves advising on residential and commercial developments, renewable energy projects, urban regeneration schemes, financing arrangements, joint ventures, operation/maintenance/service contracts, and facilities management.
You will be drafting and negotiating contracts, including NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements.
