A leading City Law firm is seeking a Senior Non-contentious Construction Associate to join their busy and highly regarded team. You will advise on high-value and complex construction matters both domestically and internationally, with a key sector focus in logistics, residential development and healthcare.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a UK construction law practice.
• Experience in non-contentious construction work.
• Open to lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions.

Role

You will join the Legal 500 ranked team focusing on non-contentious construction law although there will be an opportunity to undertake some contentious work if preferred. You will advise on high-value and complex construction matters both domestically and international with a key sector focus in logistics, residential development and healthcare.

You will work directly with developers, funders, property investors and contractors. You will advise clients at every stage of the life cycle and play a proactive role in the client’s project team and helping to drive their needs forward.

Please apply if you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a recognised construction law UK practice with experience in non-contentious construction law.
