The Role:

As a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing pre-contractual procurement advice and drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
• Advising on project structuring and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supporting a diverse client base, including contractors, developers, and public sector bodies.
• Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to offer innovative and effective solutions.
• Maintaining exceptional client relationships by delivering outstanding service.

The Person:

• A qualified solicitor with 6-8 years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
• Strong technical expertise in non-contentious construction law, including contract drafting and procurement.
• Experience working with a broad client base, including private and public sector organisations.
• A commercially astute and solution-driven approach to legal challenges.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
