Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting an experienced Non-Contentious Construction lawyer to join its Edinburgh team, advising national and international clients on complex development projects within the built environment.

You will focus on strategic, commercially-minded advice on construction matters, draft and negotiate JCT contracts, manage your own caseload, and collaborate across UK and international teams with flexible, hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on non-contentious construction matters and major development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating JCT construction and engineering contracts.
• Managing your own caseload and supporting junior lawyers.
