Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates seeks an Associate to join its expanding non-contentious construction team in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will support a wide range of UK and international projects across sectors including real estate development, energy, transport and infrastructure.

Working closely with senior lawyers, the Associate will gain hands-on experience managing matters, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the

Qualifications

• 2–5 years PQE in non-contentious construction
• Experience with standard-form construction contracts and consultant appointments
• Familiarity with collateral warranties advantageous
• Scottish or English qualification preferred, though not essential

Responsibilities

• Support and lead on a broad range of non-contentious construction transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Contribute to sector and market insight within the team.
• Support business development initiatives and wider practice growth
