Frasia Wright Associates seeks an experienced Lawyer to join its Non-Contentious Construction Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role involves advising clients on a range of construction contracts, development agreements, and collateral warranties, with exposure to public and private sector projects across education, real estate, energy and health.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE and strong knowledge of non-contentious construction law and contract drafting.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' PQE with extensive knowledge of construction law.
• Extensive knowledge of non-contentious matters.
• Thorough understanding of construction contracts.
• NEC3/NEC4 knowledge desirable.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on construction contracts including development agreements.
• Draft and negotiate sub-contracts, bonds and guarantees.
• Provide collateral warranties where required.
