Job Description:

Due to continued growth, this new-style law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its Non-Contentious Construction Team in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. The team advises a variety of clients in both public and private sectors on a range of projects in the fields of education, real estate, energy and health.

The successful candidate can expect to advise clients on a wide range of contracts including construction, development agreements, sub-contracts, bonds and guarantees and collateral warranties.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with extensive knowledge of construction law, particularly non-contentious matters, and a thorough understanding of construction contracts. Additionally, knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 forms of contract is desirable.
