Job Description

A commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a non-contentious Construction lawyer with 4 or more years of PQE. The team specializes in clean energy projects and handles matters such as:

1. BESS/Solar Supply Agreements and EPC contracts
2. O&Ms & LTSAs
3. Component Warranties
4. Clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals

Familiarity with technologies including BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and district heating is advantageous.

Clients include renowned battery manufacturers and integrators involved in complex transactions across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of clean energy projects, including drafting bespoke documents and negotiating relevant forms such as FIDIC, MF, or 1 forms.

Candidates should have experience in construction and/or projects, with a focus on renewables or a strong interest in transitioning into clean energy workstreams.
