My client is an international law firm looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their construction and infrastructure team in London. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects alongside the firm's offices in other jurisdictions. They are looking for someone around the 3-7 PQE mark.
You will have experience working on a broad range of transactional construction matters, acting for both national and international clients, which include developers, contractors, project owners, and others. Ideally, you will have a mix of real estate, energy (clean/renewable), and infrastructure project experience.
You must be well-versed in using both the JCT and NEC standard contracts for this role (FIDIC desirable). Candidates with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience will also be considered for this role.
On offer is a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.
