Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer

Looking for your next challenge as a Construction & Engineering Lawyer? Our client are a Top 50 law firm and Bristol heavyweight who have an opening in their highly ranked construction team that's helping deliver some of the UK's most innovative and impactful projects.

This construction and engineering team is one of the largest in the UK, with a reputation for excellence and being ranked top-tier in both Legal 500 and Chambers. From renewable energy and nuclear projects to transport, defence, and infrastructure, they work on major and cutting edge developments.

In this role, you'll collaborate with experts across projects, real estate, finance, and corporate law to bring complex construction and redevelopment projects to life both in the UK and internationally. You'll also have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of matters building valuable industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert legal advice on complex construction matters.
  • Contribute to strategic and innovative projects across energy, infrastructure, and redevelopment sectors.
  • Build client relationships and develop strong partnerships within the industry.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience with high-quality construction matters.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a varied workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Must be registered as an SRA or Law Society of Scotland lawyer with at least 1 year's PQE.
