Taylor Root is seeking a Construction Associate to join its Birmingham-based non-contentious construction team. You will draft and negotiate contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties on major infrastructure projects, working closely with partners and senior lawyers.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction work.
• Strong knowledge of standard form contracts (JCT, NEC) and bespoke agreements.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player who enjoys working on complex, high-profile matters.
