Qualifications

• Overseas qualified lawyers admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE required for work permit.
• Experience with offshore/UK/equivalent commercial firms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on non-contentious corporate restructuring matters, including international assignments.
• Collaborate closely with heavyweight Partners and Bermuda counsel on cross-border deals.
