Job description

Your roleAs a Technical Lead, you will provide expert civil engineering and design support across a range of project activities, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and effective contract management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and client teams to oversee technical delivery, review specifications and documentation, resolve engineering queries, and drive continuous improvement through the capture and implementation of lessons learned.• Provide technical leadership and assurance by supporting civil design activities, reviewing technical deliverables and specifications, participating in stakeholder meetings, and assisting with technical surveillance and compliance activities.• Manage contractor and contract performance through the oversight of technical studies, resolution of contractor queries, development of surveillance programmes and reports, and leading contractual discussions and clarifications.• Drive collaboration and continuous improvement by liaising across client and project teams, sharing lessons learned, implementing best practices from previous projects, and contributing to the enhancement of contract management tools and processes.Your profileWe are looking for a proactive and technically capable professional with strong civil engineering knowledge and the ability to provide technical leadership across complex projects. The successful candidate will be confident working with multiple stakeholders, reviewing technical documentation, managing contractor interfaces, and ensuring compliance with design and contractual requirements.
