An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Trust Headquarters as a Temporary Executive Personal Assistant in the Executive Assistant Administration Team to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative and secretarial support, primarily to an assigned member of the Executive Team, enabling them to perform effectively within a challenging and complex regulated environment. We seek someone with previous personal assistant experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail while working at pace, and high literacy with excellent written communication skills - see person specification for details.
The post holder will undertake a full range of executive personal assistant duties and must act professionally at all times, respecting the confidentiality of the work involved.
