The Hospitals Transformation Team supports the multi-million-pound investment to transform how the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital delivers services within the community. We are looking for a dynamic Programme Officer to join us during this exciting era.

We seek a candidate with experience in programme monitoring and reporting against cost, quality, and time. Extensive experience with MS Project and working within complex programme delivery is essential. The role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Due to the role's nature, the successful candidate will primarily work on-site, with some flexible working arrangements possible.

Main duties of the job

The Programme Officer will manage projects supporting the Hospitals Transformation Programme (HTP), assisting the Programme Manager in overseeing and delivering projects within the programme.

The post holder will support the Programme Management Office in managing and delivering a multi-million-pound project or multiple projects within the complex reconfiguration programme, from inception to completion.
