About the role: Non Certified Vehicle Technicians - Chester

NEW shift pattern available - would you like to work 4 days per week?

4 days per week compressed hours over a 3-week rolling rota including 1 in 3 Saturdays

No Sunday working required

The positions are located at our Chester Centre, which features a modern Aftersales Centre, Bodyshop, and BMW and MINI Sales. Your Responsibilities

Perform service, diagnostic, and repair work efficiently to manufacturer standards, including completing service check sheets, battery test reports, and diagnostic printouts as required.

What we're looking for

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTEC).

Technical knowledge and passion for manufacturer products and technology.

Strong fault diagnosis skills.

Ability to deliver first-time fixes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and within given timescales.

Compliance with warranty write-ups and accurate recording of all chargeable work and consumables.

Motivated team player with attention to detail.

Willing to learn and stay updated with technical and product information.

Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and computer skills.
