About The Role

Join a production team where precision meets purpose. We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Non-Aseptic Manufacturing Operatoron Night Shifts to support the safe and efficient preparation of equipment and materials used in our manufacturing process.
You'll be part of a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. We provide thorough training, stable shifts, and opportunities to grow your skillset in a supportive and quality-driven environment. Working Nights will also have a 15% night shift allowance on top of your salary.
  • Prepare and maintain manufacturing equipment and working areas for optimal non-aseptic operations
  • Conduct document verification, batch inspections, and accurate labelling
  • Clean surfaces and work zones in line with agreed cleanliness standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with quality and production teams to maintain process integrity

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow procedures precisely and consistently
  • Willingness to work in a regulated production environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production settings is beneficial — full training provided
