  • 1–4 years’ PQE and membership of the Law Society of Scotland
  • Diploma in Professional Legal Practice
  • Strong litigation ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy, with a genuine interest in advocacy for vulnerable clients
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and outcomes

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to civil litigation (Court of Session, ASPIC, or Sheriff Court)
  • Experience working with cases involving historical abuse or criminal injuries
  • Knowledge of running cases to or near proof stage

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build their litigation skills while making a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will join a team known for its expertise, values-led culture, and commitment to standing up for those who need it most.
