Role Summary:
The Non-Academic Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth operation of the institution by overseeing non-academic processes, actively supporting student engagement, and taking a hands-on role in attendance management and student welfare. This role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and basic IT proficiency. The coordinator serves as the central point of contact for non-academic queries and supports scheduling, interview coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple programmes, coordinate class schedules, organise induction activities, and ensure all teaching resources (lecture rooms, software, library lists) are in place before term starts.
