Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and drive solutions, working closely with technical experts to make a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team managing critical infrastructure connectivity and security 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will support the NOC engineering team administratively, ensuring incident resolution according to procedures and KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
  • Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
  • Action Service Requests.
  • Assign tickets to support and engineering teams and other service providers.
  • Manage incident tickets with updates.
  • Coordinate traffic management with providers, control teams, and field resources.
  • Communicate with customers about network incidents.
  • Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably in a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
