The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role requires working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:
  1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
  2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
  3. Action Service Requests.
  4. Assign tickets to support and engineering teams, and other service providers.
  5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  6. Coordinate traffic management with providers, control teams, and field resources.
  7. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
  8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
