Job Overview:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and develop solutions alongside technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex, critical tasks to maintain the nation's critical infrastructure connectivity and security 24/7.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs.
  2. Work as part of a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
  3. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
  4. Create and manage network incident tickets based on customer reports.
  5. Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support and engineering teams.
  6. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  7. Coordinate traffic management involving regional control, traffic providers, and field resources.
  8. Communicate with customers and utility companies regarding network incidents and power issues.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
