This is a hybrid role, and we are flexible on your location, but there will be 3 days per week minimum working from the Irlam or Telford office.

How you’ll change it up

As a NOC Operations Engineer, you will be required to install, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot customer and core network/services such as routers, circuits, firewalls and servers. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Monitor the network, identify issues and take actions to fix remotely or dispatch an engineer.
• Investigate and fix tickets raised from managed service agreements with business customers via TSC (Ticket Support Centre).

What you’ll bring to the role

• Previous experience working in a 1st / 2nd Line Network Support role
• Experience in Data Centre environments
• Confident usingdifferent routing protocols, specifically BGP
